I’ve been taking this collagen for a while because I have wear and tear on my knees and also suffer from scoliosis, which causes constant knee pain. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a significant improvement: the pain has decreased, my joints feel more flexible, and I can move more comfortably in my daily life. I’ve also noticed that my skin looks healthier. It’s a supplement that has really worked for me, and I plan to continue using it.

Great for joint health
NOW Foods long ago earned my trust, because they really care about the quality and purity of their products. I was looking for a BioCell supplement, and I’m happy to have found this one. I purchased it for joint health, and keep it on hand for fast recovery when I’ve overdone it a bit at the gym. I don’t use it consistently enough to comment on the skin appearance benefits.

Actually Helped My Joints
I’ve been lifting on and off for years, but have had issues with my knees cracking and popping constantly—especially during squats. EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I used to use the other, more expensive collagen type 2. It was the only product that relieved the pain in my hip, which has no cartilage due to a bad accident that twisted the joint. At some point, they changed the name to “joint formula” and lowered the amount of the type 2 collagen. They added a little bit of hyaluronic acid, as if a few mg of that makes up for 400 mg less collagen. And they raised the price, so I can no longer afford it.I was back to wishing I were no longer alive on cold, wet winter days.I was very happy to find this several months ago. It is the same, proven collagen at a better price. I am back to walking in comfort!God bless you, NOW supplements. You have greatly improved the quality of my life.NOTE: Although labelled vegan in the description, Type II collagen is only available from animal cartilage. This product is derived from chicken sternum cartilage, and states exactly that on the supplement facts area of the label.

I can now fold up like a rag doll, and I am in my forties.
Took for a few months 2 pills a day (instead of 4 recommended on the package) by mistake, and even then I saw great results! I saw my flexibility go crazy up. Even in my twenties I could not do the stretch that I started seeing in my forties. That stuff is gooooood. I am a fan for life now, I don’t want to lose my joints, so I started taking my collagen in my late thirties.
