Favorite multi
I am not the biggest fan of multis in general because they are too general and not specific for what each person needs (they always have too much of what I personally do not need and not near enough or not any of what I personally do need,) but this vitamin is probably about as close as I can get to serving my specific needs, and it has a lot of other good things in it that help me feel better. The serving size is 3 pills, but I just take one at a time, usually no more than 1 a day (I also take prescription vitamin injections for a health condition, etc, so I try to be careful not to overdo some things. I usually take one pill a couple of times a week at most.) This multi does help me feel better when I do take it regularly and my hair has gotten longer and healthier and my nails have gotten shinier and stronger and my brain fog has cleared a lot and I have more energy. I do take other vitamins and supplements, but I do like this multi a lot. It is probably the only one I will ever use again and feel comfortable and safe doing so. And I love how much of what is in it, and all of the extra supplements in it are great as well! Just perfect, really for a multi. But I do take only 1 pill at a time instead of the recommended serving size of 3 pills. YMMV.It does have a lot of B vitamins, so if your urine is a little bright after taking this, do not be concerned.They are large pills, so if you have trouble swallowing large pills, I would def look elsewhere. I take 1-2 dozen pills of all sizes every day (for my serious, chronic health condition, unfortunately,) so it doesn’t bother me, but it could certainly be a barrier to some.

Quality Product
These vitamins are good quality vitamins. They work!! They are a bit large, but manageable. I’ve been taking these for approximately 3 weeks and I could tell a difference within the 1st 3 days. Very good value for the money. I will be purchasing these again as part of my regimen. I don’t really taste them, but do they have any smell.

The best multivitamin for women on the market!
NOW brand vitamins is a brand I trust. I usually buy this brand if it is an option. Multi-vitamins have been difficult for me to tolerate in the past, either because of stomach upset, unpleasant odor, or burps. This multivitamin by NOW causes none of those issues for me and although you must take 3 to get the proper dosage, and they are capsule sized; these are gel caps and go down without issue, unlike vitamins that aren’t gel coated or gel caps. My blood work was all the proof I needed that they also do their job. I highly recommend these vitamins for all women if their doctor recommends taking a good multivitamin.

I’m sticking with these for awhile!
These were the only vitamins I could find that were affordable, by a brand I trust, and very complete, with things like copper, vitamin K, B1, and some iron but not enough to make me feel queasy. I was excited to try the extra added stuff too, because it was stuff that is know to be relatively safe and not super weird. My first week or two I wasn’t sure about them because they made me feel strange. About a couple hours after taking then I would get very lightheaded like clockwork. Didn’t think I was going to pass out, but my head felt what I could only describe as “floaty”, with some vertigo when it was worse. Had to say “whoa,” a few times the first couple weeks. Didn’t make me feel sick, though, and it was possible I wasn’t fully hydrated as I struggle with lack of thirst. I don’t experience that anymore, since I’ve adjusted. My period also was strange, but that can be due to taking so many vitamins and supplements at once that perhaps it was balancing my hormones. My point is there is an adjustment period, that will be unique to you. I found that it helps to take them separately throughout the day, but not too close to bedtime due to the very small amount of green tea extract, if you have insomnia issues. I take all three at once now, for the boost, I just make sure that I take them with a full meal and very important….stay HYDRATED all day! They will dehydrate you, like most vitamins that contain electrolytes. This is the number one rule when taking any vitamins or supplements to protect your organs.My one problem with these- why they don’t get five stars- is that the added stuff beyond the vitamins is so very slight you won’t get any benefit at all from them except perhaps as antioxidants, even the green tea. Feels a bit misleading. It would be nice if they had at least one that was in the functional range. They are HUGE to swollow, but easy as the gel caps. Just take a big gulp of water.
