Liking the Lysine
This a great vitamin that I take a few times a week prior to bed to boost my immune system and metabolism to burn fat. The pills are bigger, so I cut them in half so that they are easier to eat and mix them with a glass of orange juice for a better taste. They are a good value for the money, easy on the stomach, don’t have much smell to them and work. The one thing I will mention is I seem to have a better nights sleep when taking at night. May want to consider whether morning or night would work best. Fully recommend the vitamin and brand.

I feel like they’ve helped my canker sores!But swallowing them is SO hard. I tried doing it whole, half, threes and the pill continuously gets stuck in my throat… I wish there was a gel option :/

I consumed these l lysine tablets for the first time in my life. they are indeed very effective./ My hand and legs skin look softer than earlier. My keratosis Pilaris ( chicken Skin) is very much smooth now. Knee skin looks baby skin now.This brand NOW is offers effective products. In the beginning i felt some bowel movement with these. So i skipped next day and started taking one tablet at night . And slowly my body got used to it so there is no uneasyness in bowel. It feels like it is healing gut.
