They’re effective on their own, but I really started noting an effect when I began to take probiotics, fiber, and fish oil together. My energy level and appetite are far more stable now and I never get that lethargic feeling from eating greasy food anymore. These will make you a bit burpy, but not very much or for very long in my experience. Overall they seem well worth it and I’ll continue to take them.

Good gosh, what a huge bottle. You do get your money’s worth. The capsules are huge, they aren’t ‘easy to swallow’ but it is do-able because it is gel . Have a refreshment on hand and take a big, big drink

Per chi ha problemi di ipertrigliceridemia (e anche per tante altre indicazioni) consiglio, come moltissimi studi con impact factor -quindi alto valore scientifico- dimostrano, l’assunzione di 2grammi al dì, ai pasti principali, di Omega 3. Ovviamente sempre sotto il controllo medico.
