Stomach ache tells your gut health
I know many people get stomach ache after taking Oregano oil.But often it’s not because of a side effect of itself or its harmfulness.In my experience, it turned out that it was caused by my bad gut bacteria, which may be Candida.I heard that killing bad bacteria causes stomach aches, a part of die-off/herxing.So stomach ache tells you you have bad bacteria in your stomach.Over time, my stomach ache softened and eventually went away while I tried this repeatedly.I no longer get stomach aches.A strong smell is the only downside.

I wanted to wait a full month before posting this. I definitely feel a difference. Stomach feels better and no more reflux at night. Easy to swallow and very potent. I love the taste and smell of oregano already so I don’t have any issues with it. I actually toss some oregano on grilled cheese as I make it and really adds great flavor.

This oregano oil has been an absolute game changer for me. I used to suffer with IBS and regular bloating, and since I started taking this consistently those problems have pretty much gone away. It feels like it really cleans out the digestive system and creates a barrier that stops fungus or Candida from building up in the stomach. It is one of those rare supplements where you can actually feel the results.There are a couple of important things to know. The capsules are soft gels, so don’t keep them loose in your pocket. I made that mistake on the golf course once, one burst, and the oil inside burned my leg like chili — extremely painful. That also explains why you should only ever take it after eating. If you take it on an empty stomach, it feels like swallowing hot metal and will burn on the way down. After food, though, it works exactly as intended.The quality is excellent, and while it is powerful, it really does the job. I cannot recommend it enough. For anyone dealing with stomach issues, bloating, or IBS, this is worth trying. It has genuinely changed my life.
