Keep in mind when reading my review that I’ve done no testing and my diet is crap. For the first few days I took it, my diet consisted of burritos and potato chips. It was one of those times.However, the spirulina really did seem to help. I took it for three days, skipped two days (I forgot), and then continued to take them after that. Every day I took them, I felt mentally alert and just.. normal. There was no crazy high where I jumped out the window and jogged to the next town. I just felt fine. No complaints. Hey, I even got a head on my house chores!On the days I forgot to take them, I was dragging ass. Sleepy and a little out of it. Took a nap on each of those days to give me enough energy to power through the rest of my day.So it definitely did help! However, if you are already leading a healthy lifestyle, you may not notice a difference. But if you just drink mountain dew and game all day, you should totally get this.That’s really it. My only complaint is that the serving is 6 small aspirin-like tablets. It’s.. not fun to take them. It’s a little gross and a bit much. It’d be easier if the pills were bigger and you didn’t need to dig 6 pellets out every day. Minor though, in the scheme of things.
I never received this item after waiting weeks for it’s arrival. I called Amazon and it was agreed that I would be reimbursed but I never got the reimbursement. Disappointed ☹️ –
