Sleep Medicine that Actually Works!
This is the BEST sleeping medicine I ever tried… and I have tired a lot. It actually helps me fall asleep and stay asleep better. I just take one a night, once in a while 2 if I know it’s going to be a rough night. It has drastically improved my sleeping. I had insomnia in high school and I slept much better once I started taking this. The only downside is that your body can get “used to it.” I would only take it on weekdays (not weekends) since the work days were more important. This helped me still get the benefit of the sleeping medicine!I am impressed by the ingredients. There are no extra filler ingredients or added sugars. The combination of the melatonin, 5htp, and L-Theanine is a game changer!! I know that my body already does well with 5htp to help me calm down, so this combo is perfect.This can be very beneficial for anyone who struggles with sleep, whether that is because of anxiety or insomnia or an unknown cause. It will really change your energy! I highly recommend this to anyone and it sold at a great value!

Gently, and a Great Combo
This is a perfect combo. I usually find melatonin overwhelming,(the dose is just too high everywhere else) causing too much dreaming and fogginess in the morning – but not these , these are nice. These are great and the combo is awesome. I’m really glad I found these.
