I love this product! I noticed a change in my body within the 1st week. My stomach went down. I was eating what I normally eat in smaller portions and saw fast results. I also take a b complex for metabolism and energy and think that combination made a difference as well.

Purchase this item because it contained more grams of tea and other properties.The version of the same brand of green tea I also tried, I think it was better.I don’t feel like this version of thermo green tea has helped me much. I’ve been using the product for 3 months and I exercise regularly at least 4 or 5 days a week.For now I’m going to try another brand to see how it goes and I’ll be able to establish the differences.I’m not saying it’s a bad product, no. Maybe it’s my body. I will update later with the results of the test I will do with another brand of green tea.
