I bought this for my husband, who has just slightly elevated blood pressure, as we were looking for a natural solution to see if we could lower it into the normal range. After about 10 days, he was feeling extremely agitated, with no apparent reason. We looked at the possible side effects – agitation was top of the list. After a few days of not taking it, he felt like himself again. So, unfortunately, this supplement is not for us. A good reminder that supplements ARE medicine, and do have unpleasant side effects for some.
