Great alternative to prescription
Seems to work pretty well for me. I had no side effects. I take 2 pills after dinner & let it do its thing while I sleep. I tend to use the bathroom the next morning

Promising Ingredients, But No Results Yet
The supplement contains a blend of natural ingredients such as garlic extract, berberine, artichoke, and milk thistle, which have shown promise in supporting healthy cholesterol levels.However, after taking the supplement for a couple of weeks, we haven’t seen any significant changes in my husband’s cholesterol levels yet. It’s possible that the supplement needs more time to take effect or that it may not work for everyone.Despite the lack of results, I appreciate the fact that the supplement is made with natural ingredients and doesn’t have any harsh chemicals. Additionally, the capsules are easy to swallow and don’t cause any stomach upset.Overall, while we haven’t seen any tangible benefits yet, I remain hopeful that this will help support my husband’s health in the long run.

A bit pricey compared to other brands
Because vitamins & supplements are not closely regulated it’s difficult to gauge the effectiveness of one brand versus another. All I can attest to is that my experience with this brand had no ill effects but the capsules are on the large side. The price point is also a bit high. I’m using this for the first time because studies have linked it to improving cholesterol.At this time, I do have high cholesterol and hope this will improve my cholesterol numbers.

Worth a try at minimum
Recent doctor’s visit resulted lower cholesterol levels. It worked for me. I alternate with Omega fish oil supplements.
