Better night sleep
I’ve been struggling with getting a full night’s sleep, but this supplement has made a noticeable difference. It not only helps me get a better night sleep, but it also helps me get back to sleep if I wake up during the night. I have tried other doses but have found this 600mg is best.

Calms my stress
I had never heard of this. My massage therapist told me about them I take before bed and they relax me. I also take them sometimes for stress at work. They dont make me tired.
