Amazing Stuff. Try it, but do your research, and beware of potential side effects
Took for erectile dysfunction (ED). While my ED is nowhere near clinically diagnosed, it is an intermittent problem; sometimes I perform great and things are going splendid, and other times I’m maintaining only a partial erection for most of a session. I’ve consistently read that you need to cycle it in an ~ 4:3 take/rest ratio, so I’ve set a hotmail repeat calendar up to take for three weeks and break for three weeks/repeat, which I’m completely satisfied with (better effect, better than I was before, and saves a little money, although it’s worth the money 100%). I honestly feel I only need 500mg a day — the stuff is potent, but maybe after two weeks I’ll need more. I have been on it for about two weeks, so I’ll report back if anything changes, but so far, it seems LIFE CHANGING…Update:I now have a girlfriend lol… Moving on, though…On my second cycle now, and there’s a couple tricks and pros/cons I’ve discovered. 1.) It seems to take a little while to kick in, so if you’re having sex like three times a day, you’re not going to notice much a difference (see number two for fix here). I’m thinking more cardio/hypertrophy induced workouts (pump/elevated heart rate) is the most effective, but take this stuff before you workout and try a “post workout”!!UPDATE/UPDATE:This is about 2 years later, and I’m still cycling this stuff. I’ve learned a lot about how to take this and reap the greatest benefits. If anyone has a question they can comment, and I’ll reply… Some tips: Don’t take before bed… this is a nervous system stimulant… The times I’ve found best are 1 hour after lunch, or about 30 minutes before a workout. Late afternoon is also a great time. Cycle this supplement in a 4:3 or 8:4ish weeks (taking:rest). Ginseng Abuse Syndrome is a thing, and there are studies on misc reactions to atrial fibrillation and Long QTc intervals (arrhythmias that can cause syncope [fainting], cardiac arrest, and sudden death). Healthy individuals should be fine, but anyone with heart disorders, and those with Bipolar disorder or on certain antidepressants should be warned (multiple cases of manic episodes in some people). The increase QTc interval was shown at 2 hours after ingestion on the first day of treatment in healthy individuals in a pretty quality study. I looked at the interval increase, and it’s significant for anyone prone to large swings or already borderline. Healthy individuals are okay (it still stays within the healthy limits of duration). Anyhow, basically do your research, and cycle this supplement! I prefer a 4-8 week on and 2-4 weeks off cycle. When I cycle off, I move over to the aforementioned pycnogenol and l-arginine combo.
