** UPDATE: It works REALLY WELL! I’ve been having a cup every morning and sometimes after lunch, and wow 🤩 I keep getting compliments that I look slimmer and I think it’s this incredible blend!So far, it’s working well. I like the flavor and blend is nice too and not too overpowering. As for its health benefits, I think this one takes a few cups to notice a difference. Another milk thistle brand I was using had me use the restroom multiple times a day, which was really nice, but too expensive. This one takes a few days and best when paired with other fiber foods. Unfortunately, it does not soothe my bloating, which I was hopeful about. I also tried reusing the same bag, it’s good up until second cup use. Nothing past that. If so, there’s no flavor.

I’ve been having this everyday for a while now as a cleanse. It has worked for me. In the beginning, very 10 days I would feel the effects for three days, then two and lastly one day – each time the amount of time became less and now I don’t seem to have it anymore. I make a large teapot with one teabag, let it steep for four hours and use it over the course of the next four days. I keep it in a bottle in the fridge.
