Great value and Quality.I purchased this supplement to help with hormone associated female hip nerve pain. Have been taking this for over 2 years and it has significantly reduced my pain and gradually reduced the number of pain killers I consume in a week. This is not a medication. Great product
If you consume energy drinks you don’t need this. It’s boots energy and gives you yellowish pee. Don’t worry it’s normal. It’s easy to swallow and works immediately.

These are a great quality option for a B-Complex. Easy to swallow (not too big), and have good health benefits (I feel more alert). They are orange and look like Cheeto puffs, and taste like them too. They even leave a residue on your fingers! (Which is why I gave 4/5 stars)

Great vitamin B complex pill from a great brand
This vitamin B complex pill is very effective. I felt the effects within a week of taking it constantly. The pill size is not too big to swallow, which is great because I have a terrible gag reflex, I felt nauseous the first time I took it, but that didn’t happen after the first day so I think it is definitely worth the health benefits.

Vitamin B Complex
I was previously taking a whole food B complex and wasn’t feeling any results after extended use. I decided to try this brand of vitamin B because I have had good results with two other vitamins I use made by nutricost. I could immediately tell the difference in my energy levels. The absorption seems to be much better than what I was previously taking. This, so far, is a good brand at a good cost.
