Excellent Quality
This is a great blend of 90% wild oregano oil with some black seed oil, with a bit of olive oil as carrier. You only need 10 drops per serving and Be Warned — this is strong stuff! You do NOT want to put the drops in your mouth — you definitely need to add the drops to a bit of water or juice. Even then, you will get a strong aftertaste — this is consistent with good quality oregano oil.I personally use oregano oil at the first sign of cold or flu. It often helps my body via immune system support. But, each of us is different so find out what works best for you.I like that this is GMO free and made in the US. I would say the price is very fair for what you get. A definite recommend from me!

Mouth rinse
The smell of this is very strong. I’m not sure what it’s supposed to smell like, so I can’t really say if it’s good or bad, just strong. I don’t think I could drink it. What I did use it for was a mouth rinse. I used a glass cup, no plastic and put four drops in about 6 oz of water. I then used it like mouth wash. I have a back tooth that was bothering me. This helped it feel better and left my mouth refreshed.

Super powerful supplement packed with some potent stuff!
This supplement is potent and *intense*. When I first popped it open the smell was so strong that it took me a bit to get up the courage to knock it down. Dosing is simple, just 10 drops a day mixed into liquid. It says to dilute in a small amount of water, but I added just a bit extra water to hopefully dim the flavor down a bit. And that was a good choice for me- this is not the easiest to get down, but the extra water helps. It is eye-wateringly powerful and burns a bit going down and for a little while afterwards.I do appreciate that this is an all-natural, non-GMO and vegan supplement made in the U.S. and know that the ingredients in this formula can be excellent for overall health support. So even though it is a little bit of a struggle I will continue to take it, especially when I feel a cold coming on.For the current cost of just under $10 for a one-month supply, I feel like this is quite a bargain!
