Amazing sleep gummies!
These work amazing for me. They taste great, are easy to take, the texture is nice, and they work in about 30 minutes. Very effective. Taking even 1 helps, but I take 2 and they make me nice and sleepy. I get a full night’s sleep finally. I get up to use the bathroom during the night, and I can return to sleep easily after with these. I’m not too groggy when I wake up which is a nice change from my old gummies. My health is better from better sleep.Definitely will be buying these again and again.

Best Sleep Aid!
One of my favorite sleep aids that I will continue to use periodically. You take two gummies, and they actually taste pretty good. They “kick in” within 30 minutes and I am sleeping like a baby. If you haven’t had dreams lately either, this will help. You will get that good REM sleep your body craves.

I use these every night
I use these every night before I go to bed, about 30 minutes beforehand. They’re very easy to chew with a nice soft texture. I like the fruity flavor. I can feel the effects about 45-60 minutes after and I get and stay drowsy. I wake up in the mje jnf with a tinge of still being sleepy. That is to say, it worked well.Getting sleep is critical to my health and I feel like this is an investment in my well being.

Better than anything else this insomniac has used
I have bad insomnia that comes and goes and have for 30+ years. Sometimes no matter what time I go to bed or how tired I am I just will not fall asleep and nothing seems to help. Magnesium, Benadryl, loading up on melatonin, working out, meditation. I will be awake nearly all night. Sometimes I’ll fall asleep and then wake up a couple hours later and not be able to sleep anymore. Too many times I’ve gone to work at 6:30am on 1-2 hours of sleep despite going to bed at 8pm. Even on my best nights I typically wake up every hour or two so my sleep is never deep for very long.Enter these gummies. I was super skeptical because I’ve tried everything but these actually work for me. In fact a whole gummy is too much for me (leaves me drowsy the next day). Half of one of these 15-30 minutes before bed helps me fall asleep and STAY asleep. I wanted to happy cry the first morning after taking these because I slept so hard and sound and only woke up once to use the bathroom. For me these have been a life saver.I wish they were cheaper but they’re worth it for me. They taste ok, and they seem to work best for me if I chew them for a minute or so before swallowing.

These things knock you out but you don’t feel groggy in the morning. Love them. Takes 15 mins and im getting an uninterrupted good night’s sleep.

Works well to bring on sleepiness. Some of the melatonin products from other brands don’t seem to work, makes me wonder if they really have melatonin in them. Expensive when taking regularly as have to take 2 to get a dose. Tastes good though, gummy format.
