Increased Energy!!
It took about a month for me to notice a change, but this has increased my energy significantly, and although I haven’t seen a change in weight, I am not feeling hungry all the time. These Olly Gummies Are My New Favorite (Especially With Skald)
I’ve tried a bunch of weight loss products, but Olly Gummies have quickly become one of my favs. First of all, they taste amazing—seriously, like candy—but beyond that, I’ve genuinely noticed how they’ve helped boost my metabolism. Better Candy Alternative with Slight Benefits
2 weeks in (15 days to be exact) of using this and I haven’t super noticed any difference so far. There’s a slight increase of an energy boost and I’ve fortunately felt a lot less bloated, however my weight is still the same. At least it tastes really good! I might get another pack once this runs out, mainly for the decrease of bloating sensations, but this isn’t the winner for weight loss. Also, for the people complaining about the texture of the gummies, I’ve been told (like with other consumables) to NOT fully remove the plastic/paper security seal. I’ve lifted it almost halfway where I can still grab a gummy with two or three fingers and it still feels the same as day one. The smell DOES get a bit stronger by the halfway point of usage (presumably the first quarter used for whoever gets the 60 ct), so make sure to pick up a gummy quick if you don’t like the smell. It feels easy enough to use and to follow the instructions and it tastes like a looped gummy worm type of candy. I just wish these were a little cheaper, cause there aren’t too many benefits felt besides tasting good, making it almost comparable to generic candy labeled as “healthier.”

Tastes great, but maybe not best for daily use
They taste great and worked great… at first. I have IBS-C and this helped a lot with my constipation for the first few months, but gradually became less effective so I tried taking more, but then I got a metallic taste in my mouth and after Google-ing I found out you can take too much chromium 😅 I thought this batch might be less effective bc the last container I got was like stale? Even though it seemed sealed fine the gummies were stiff. This was a jar i bought at Walmart btw not from Amazon. I think it’s maybe best to not take it every day. It can also cause cramping and act similar to laxatives, but i thought it was just bc my IBS.

Energy Boost!
I have been taking these for a month, now, and absolutely love them. I was skeptical at first, because supplements like this tend not to do much for me in terms of energy, but I actually bought them in the hopes that they would help with my food cravings. On that score, they haven’t helped. But in terms of boosting energy, I have noticed a *significant* difference in my energy levels throughout the day. And I’m someone who suffers from bouts of almost debilitating fatigue at times, so this has been nothing short of a miracle. I just hope the effects continue.The flavor is a delicious green apple, which I love and consider it a little “treat”. I am not finding the gummies to be too hard or too chewy, although they do take a minute or two to thoroughly chew. I take one chewy in the morning and one in the afternoon, and my energy levels stay consistent until bedtime. I will also add that, since I started to taking these, I’m finding that I’m sleeping better (could be a coincidence) and that I don’t wake up as groggy or with the “brain fog” that has plagued me for quite some time. Also, I can take a nap in the middle of the day (i’m retired) and these do not interfere with sleep OR make me feel too wiped-out for the rest of the day. In the past, even a short nap very often wiped me out for the rest of the day.Although these are pricey, I feel they are worth every penny. I highly recommend these for anyone who feels as though they need a little boost throughout the day. I do wish they helped suppress appetite and cravings, but maybe I’ll stumble across something else for that.
