Took a while to be effective but no more excruciating pain in my hip that stops me in my tracks. It probably took longer to feel affects because I just started out 2 pills a day. I just can’t keep up with taking an amount, then decreasing, etc etc. No weight loss but maintaining. No taste at all. Small and easy to swallow. I take 2 pills with breakfast every day. That’s it!! Works for me! Been taking for 4 months now. Probably took about 2 months to be effective.

I am 61 years of age and this is a great product for joint pain. I have it in my hands, knees arms. This helps me to maintain my strong work ethic. I exercise great for workouts. Just helps me to keep my movement going at this age. Great product.

Omega XL does the trick.
I really like this product omega XL joint support. I’m in my late 60s and I’m still very active but I do have occasional aches and pains in my knees, hips and other joints. I’ve tried a couple different products before that were OK but I’ve noticed a much better difference since I started this product. The only thing that bothers me is the price since it’s on the high side and takes a bite out of my budget as a senior. But in any case, I do have relief from my symptoms after using this product for a while, and I plan on continuing.

No more pain
I am not one that like to leave reviews (but I love to read them) but if I can help someone to even ease their knee pain I am going to leave this review. I started taking Omega XL on April 12, 2025 because of bone on bone knee pain in my right knee. I started noticing the pain was going away in July 2025. This product does work. It didn’t do anything in the beginning but I kept on taking the pills like they instructed and they got in my system and the stiffness and pain is gone. I use to rock 3-5 times before I could get up from sitting now I get right on up. I also changed my eating habits and started eating pineapples plums and cherries (foods that help attack inflammation). My knee still pop from time to time but overall I say GIVE IT A TRY DONT GIVE UP ON IT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT LET IT GET IN YOUR SYSTEM SO YOU CAN GET BACK MOVING AROUND AGAIN IT DOES WONDERS

It takes weeks to get the benefits. Making it pretty expensive.
I thought it was pretty expensive but I figured I’d try it. If it worked, it would be worth it. There’s in30 in a bottle. So I thought it would last a month. It doesn’t. You have to take four a day for eight weeks then two s day after that. At four a day, it’s only going to last a week.

Noticeable joint pain relief
I’ve been using Omega XL for a few weeks now, and so far, I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I originally bought it for some persistent joint discomfort in my knees and elbows, and within about two weeks of consistent use, I started to notice subtle but real improvements — less stiffness in the mornings and more ease when moving throughout the day.What I appreciate most is that the capsules are small and easy to swallow, unlike many other fish oil supplements that are large and leave an aftertaste. There’s also no fishy burp or odor, which was a big plus for me.
