I bought this because I know how great this ashawanda is to relax your body and I’m going through a lot of health issues and my nervous system is off because of it and when I take this, it seems to calm everything down. This is a great natural alternative to calm your system rather than taking a medicine that could hurt your liver. I really love this and will purchase again.

I love that these capsules are organic. I wish a serving was only 1 capsule instead of two. They are an okay size to swallow easily. I take them at bedtime and have noticed better sleep. I hope to see more results with continued use.

Misleading description.Claims to be 1300mg….but only 400mg is KSM-66. And that’s over 2 pills.The rest 900mg is just ashwaghanda root powder with unknown anolides contents.
