I wish I had taken pictures, my crepey skin is almost gone
I am a woman who is almost 70 years old. When I retired a few years ago, I started noticing the crepey skin on my arms and blood spots on my hands when I bumped things, especially if I got scraped on a cardboard box. The doctors all told me that those are an age-related thing and to live with it. There is nothing they could do about it. Lately, these things seemed to be getting worse, and I was feeling tired and washed out, so I decided I should probably start taking a multi vitamin.After looking at several, I decided on these, partly, because this brand has been around for decades. So anyway, I ordered these and started taking them on Jan 10. It is now Feb 28, and I can’t believe the difference. All of the blood spots on my hands have healed up and I haven’t developed any new ones. Because I work in the yard and garden ( and have several cats and dogs), I am usually covered in scratches. The ones I had healed, and any new ones are healing much faster than normal.The big thing that simply amazes me is that the crepey skin on my arms is almost completely gone. There is still some lines left, but they are getting better as time goes on.If I take these on an empty stomach, they will cause some upset, especially if I drink coffee soon after. If that happens, I just eat a little something and it stops it. These taste and smell like sugar cookies, which I find nice, but sort of strange since the product for men doesn’t have any smell at all. These are a little on the larger size, but not huge. The coating makes them easy to swallow.I guess that I was very depleted in my vitamins and minerals, this product has helped me so much it is unbelievable. I will be repurchasing.

Good All Around Vitamins *
Good all purpose vitamins and at a decent price. Vitamins can get very pricey. You might like the idea of taking vitamins individually, but that can amount to a lot of vitamins at a huge expence. Unless you have really explicit vitamin or nutritional needs, the all around multivitamins are the way to go. One A Day is still a quality product, at a reasonable price.I recommend these. I have been taking a different version of the One a Day vitamin. That particular variety was discontinued and I had re-ordered. So for the first time in many years, I was not taking a multiple vitamin. I ordered this as a replacement. It came yesterday. Thank goodness for that. Immediately took one. I am older and have a few physical problems. Today I feel so much better! It also helps me in the regularity department. Always take it with food. It is one of those vitamin combinations that can really turn your stomach over.
