Amazing! Recommend to everyone for any and all skin irritations.
This stuff is amazing! First off, I do not have any tattoos nor do I plan to get any. I use this tuff for any and all skin abrasions, cuts, dryness, any sort of healing sore. I first got turned on to calendula’s healing powers at Burning Man when I was very dehydrated with a dried up bloody nose and a nasty gash on my shin from kicking the tail end of a trailer as I was carrying out something heavy. I was laying in my tent recovering from food poisoning earlier in the week and over heard someone say, “It’s boo boo balm, this stuff is great, you can put it right up your nose.” So I ran out of my tent to see what it was. It was just like this tattoo salve. It was an olive, coconut, and beeswax base with calendula and a few other healing herbs. I put it up my nose and instantly was able to breathe better and my nose didn’t feel rough and burn anymore. The next day I had normal green boogers instead of scabby red bloody ones. Instantly cured my chapped lips as well. I put it on the gash on my shin and walked around the playa in very short shorts. I was covered in dust from head to toe and you would think that the boo boo balm would have collected dust more than my dry skin but it didn’t collect any! And I could see significant change in my wound pretty much every time I looked down at it; it looked significantly better every time. I’d never had a wound heal that fast and especially not in such dry conditions. I continuously asked the person for more, so they eventually gifted me the bottle. I’ve searched online for something similar and this seems to be the best recipe out there. It has ever sort of healing herb from all the botanical medicinal lists in a grapeseed oil and beeswax base, which I think is an even better recipe than the one I found at Burning Man. I offered the one from Burning Man to my aunt and cousin to help with their psoriasis but they couldn’t use it because they are both allergic to coconut, but they can use this one! You can use this for any sort of itchy, flaky, red, burning, scabby, cut, rub, rash, abrasion, anything, even hemorrhoids. It actually works very well for hemorrhoids. You put it up up there and it takes away the itchy burning feeling and helps your solids slide out nice and easy so it don’t tear up your hemorrhoids and they can actually heal, and it helps them heal! Such amazing relief! Rub this stuff on your feet to keep them hydrated and looking young and healthy. It even works well for playing with yourself, and if you’ve been doing it too much that your joystick is getting red and dry, this will help heal the skin and feel good while doing so. Absolutely in love with this product! I recommend it to everyone!

Awesome Product That Helped My Tattoo Heal!
I am in love with this salve! I’m EXTREMELY sensitive to fragrance; almost anything added will immediately give me a migraine. This does have a scent, but it’s all completely natural from the herbs used, so it doesn’t upset my head. I find it quite pleasant and a little clarifying for my headaches actually!Now, the important part: how did it do with my tattoo? It was INCREDIBLE! I haven’t used tattoo-specific ointments before so I can’t compare it to any other brands, but this tattoo healed much faster and cleaner than any other I’ve had before. It helped ease the pain, even on the first night when it’s usually the worst and will sometimes interfere with sleep, I only noticed pain really if I bumped it during the night. It also helped incredibly with the entire peeling/itchy phase. If the tattoo got really itchy, which has also kept me awake in the past, I just applied more ointment and the itchiness decreased by between 80-100%. The tattoo appears fully healed and had almost no scabbing!Bottom line: I would absolutely recommend this to anyone getting a tattoo and I am extremely happy with it!! My tattoo covers about 2/3rds-3/4ths of my inner forearm with lots of colors and intricate detail. The fine lines are still just as delicate, the colors have remained exactly as they were applied… I literally could not be happier with it! I bought the small jar and I’ve only used enough to have hit the top of the label so a little really does go a long way! I’m happy to see that it’s useful for other skin irritations and issues; my husband had a scrape last night and I applied a little ointment to it and it’s already looking better! I also have an eczema-like breakout that pops up now and then on my hands; I’m eager to try this on them next time instead of the steroid cream I’ve been prescribed.I highly, HIGHLY recommend this ointment!!!

Amazing Salve!
Just got my 2nd tattoo! I love it and quickly ran out of the natural product I got from my artist. I went on here to search for a good, natural product. I ordered this and Hustle Butter. I received both 6 days after I had gotten my tattoo. I tried this one 1st. I LOVE this salve. Yes, the jar is small but it really goes a long way. Spreads easily. You really don’t need a lot. I will have plenty for my next tattoo scheduled in a few months. My tattoo barely scabbed or pealed. It never itched. So I decided to try Hustle butter after a few days. My tattoo itched all day long! Came home, washed it and put this one back on and wonder of wonders, no itching! This stuff is amazing! I will be telling all my friends about this product. The smell is very natural too. Very eucalyptus-y. That doesn’t bother me at all. I like natural scents and it isn’t strong enough to smell after you put it on. I work in a very hot, dirty warehouse for a big name shipping company and this salve kept my tattoo nourished and itch free. I’ve actually had comments on how well and quickly it has healed. Especially considering the work environment I’m in daily. And because I’ve read the reviews I will tell you…I was not offered anything in return for a positive review. This is an honest and very grateful review. I searched for what I needed, read ingredients and read reviews to make my decision. I will be ordering the larger size just to have on hand. With summer here, I want to try this for itchy bug bites!

Amazing product
This product is amazing. It’s just for healing your tattoo faster. It does really work. I never liked aquaphor. Too greasy.This kind of reminds me of Vicks, but a little different. A little goes a long way. I made the mistake of getting the big jar. Oh well. I guess I have to get more tattoos.With this stuff my tattoo never peeled. It healed within days.
