The taste…oh the taste
I give it a 5 because I know it works, but the taste, I put it on a small piece of sourdough bread…oh the flavor comes through. It’s potent. Not sure what would be the best thing to take it with to cut the flavor

Strong smell and tastte, make sure dilute it with ater, i usually add a lil flavored water so i can gulp it down fast. Idk if it does anything but i hope n pray theres some benefit. Only thing ive noticed is burp alot after but nothing crazy

It’s Working!
This is working on my bloating. I have been trying to find natural solutions to my bloating and let me tell you this works! It does say recommended to drink with water, but learn from me, DRINK IT WITH WATER. If you do directly from the dropper to your mouth, it will burn! This oil is potent. I take it like a shot: 5 drops in a shot glass amount of water 3x a day. My bloating is way less, I’m more regular than I have ever been in my life, and I feel great too!
