Works great for me but I take 1 capsule 3 times a day instead of 2 at night. It took about a month but it’s replaced my prescription anxiety meds.

WOW! These are some of the finest herbs on the market, which one can tell by the strong, fresh aromas as soon as the bottle is opened. Valerian is one of the herbs Oregon’s Wild Harvest grows right there on the farm. The quality is outstanding (although, as some have pointed out, the smell of valerian reminds one of dirty socks or smelly cheese, not necessarily a bad thing if it works). I believe this to be one of the most potent batches of valerian I’ve ever tried. I take 4 or 5 capsules with water on an empty stomach, and an hour or so later can feel my entire body relaxing and drifting off to sleep, without any druggy aftereffects. They also make a muscle relaxer called, appropriately enough, Muscle Relax, that contains hops and skullcap with valerian. Both products are superb .

Recommended!!
Product was bought with hopes of helping in sleep regulation and duration. A big fact in its favor is that it is organic. I take two before bedtime and I do feel the relaxing affect and drowsiness before much time elapses. I tend to sleep longer and deeper and will continue to use. The smell is not the most pleasant, but is not too off putting as to discontinue use.

This is the real deal! The valerian root is potent and worked for me as promised. As soon as the bottle opened you could smell the fresh herb, strongly, unlike so many other companys’ product I have tried. I recommend.
