Boy, do I like this. I have skin in its 7th decade and was growing weary of the constant lotions and potions making their way in and out of my routine. I had begun to contemplate exploring natural/organic skin products (because I already eat organically) when this came across my search. I have heard of this before, (not to be confused with bee sting therapy which was where my mind went at first!) and I thought, what the heck, it’s a good start on my organic-skincare journey, especially for the price, and bees are magical creatures anyway. I liked what I saw, the ingredients, that this is certified organic, not sticky, non-fragrant, no preservatives, no animal testing, and no bad things like petroleum based ingredients or preservatives, so why not?I have oily skin, not prone to breakouts but a lot of dark spots and rosacea. As advertised, this has no odor and has a slightly thicker consistency that is dispensed with an eyedropper. It is surprisingly dense (a little goes a long way) and spreads onto your face like liquid velvet. The first time I used it, I put it on my face first thing after a shower, then used my regular moisturizer. But, the the serum nurtures and moisturizes so well that it feels like the only thing you need on your face. So, after that first time, it has been the single product I’m using on my face. I’m now bypassing hundreds of dollars of chemical-ey products, and that’s is AMAZING. I recommend that you put it on and let it sink in a bit before applying foundation. Other than that, this is a breeze. I am a fan for life. No more more spending hundreds of dollars on chemical-filled “potions.” Gives my face an even dewy glow, and brings out the pinker tones. I love it, highly recommend.

I love everything about this skincare item! Just started using it and will report back if I have any issues, but so far, very impressed.I know more than I should about skincare after working in the cosmetics dept at a dept. store, reading a ton about skincare for decades and testing skincare for a few years. This serum checks all the boxes for me. The highlights for me are:1) organic facial moisturizer utilizing all organic ingredients2) from their website: “BeeFriendly Serum is handmade in small batches in a FDA registered, GMP CompliantFacility in NY State”This part is huge for me because I don’t want to put anything on my body or in my body unless I know where it is manufactured and how it is manufactured. If you look at the fine print of your current skincare, you will be stunned to learn things you never knew. Not to be rude but a lot of American and European skincare lines that used to be made here or there are now made in China and other countries that don’t share the same stringent standards that our country has (or had until the last few months, as standards are being lowered here to help manufacturers instead of to helpconsumers).3) this serum has no parabens, phthalates, artificial ingredients4) it feels good on my skinUnless I get an allergic reaction to it or break out, I’m sold!

Takes a long time to fully absorb, so better mixed into a moisturizer than used alone
This serum is loaded with moisturizing oils, some of which could clog pores if you’re acne-prone. I didn’t notice the promised honey scent; instead, it just smelled like heavy oils, which makes sense given the ingredients.Because it’s so runny, I wouldn’t use it as a face or eye serum. Oil-based serums like this tend to migrate, and whenever they get too close to my eyes, I end up with slight blurriness.The good news is it didn’t cause any irritation, and my skin did feel softer. The drawback is how long it takes to absorb. I eventually had to wash off the excess, but even then, my skin still felt velvety soft.When it comes to value for money, I’m torn. On its own as a facial serum, it’s just okay. I think it makes more sense to mix a few drops into your moisturizer so the bottle lasts longer.Personally, I’ll be adding it to my body lotion instead, as I already have a lot of hydrating facial serums but not enough hydrating body lotions.

Hydrating Serum!
I ordered this serum as my face is looking a little rough from the summer. I have some dryness and rough patches and feel like I needed a little extra skin care to help combat it. This serum is supposed to hydrate, nourish, tighten, and firm facial skin. It says it is all natural, which is nice. It has some nice ingredients that make me feel comfortable using it, for example jojoba oil, witch hazel, beeswax, primrose oil, and avocado oil. I always wash my face and gently dry it before I put on a new treatment. Then I used the dropper to put a few drops on my cheeks, one on my chin, and a couple on my forehead. Then I smoothed them in. The oil moves easily across my face and a little goes a very long way. This isn’t a large jar but it will last a good amount of time. The oil was very hydrating and absorbed in pretty well. It really did make my skin feel softer and look more radiant. My skin just felt more comfortable and hydrated. So far I am very happy with it, and I am glad I ordered it.

I love absolutely everything about this serum. It has almost no smell, absorbs quickly, and is very hydrating. My skin is super soft, and looks glowy after I put it on. I don’t use anything else on my face when I use this, as it seems to do the work of multiple products. It isn’t sticky or greasy, and I’m definitely ordering more so I’m never without it.
