I’m not sure what you want. I’ve been using the product for a few years – prescribed by a physician – and ordering it from you for a bit now – it arrived in a timely manner. It was the product I expected. I guess one could say, based on that, that it lived up to my expectations in all respects.

Takes a while
It has been years since I used this herb but when I did, it was very effective. I’m not sure why I’ve gotten no response after taking it for weeks, it has not done anything at all. I’m actually shocked, I don’t understand why it would not work, going to look at other reviews nowUPDATE: right after I wrote the review of it not working, it worked. So I have had years of gastric issues, the one thing I just did differently was take it on an empty stomach with at least 24oz of water, and wallah! success so if you didn’t get a response right away with this product, try on empty stomach with lots of water. thanks

Thia triphala fixed my fissure issues
This triphala fixed my stomach issues and my fissure. I was using miralax before, and my fissure kept returning. I like the ease of the capsule form, it has no taste or smell, and I can just take one at night. It’s easier to travel with too (compared to the powder form). Great quality product, and the price os unbeatable.

Too much pain and swelling
Following reviews and hearing about this product on a vegan website, I decided to order it. My BMs have always been good but I’ve embarked on a new vegan journey and wanted to avoid the initial vegan block!! Just until my body adjusts. Also I do not take supplements… ever as I have a pretty good diet so this is my first time. So… today is Wednesday….. I started them on Monday, took 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening both before meals. Nothing happened but I wasn’t expecting anything so soon. I woke up yesterday with the most horrendous stomach/navel/pubic area pain – that’s the only way to describe it. I felt like my insides were being pulled outside. Worse than period pain and my stomach was so distended and very sore to touch. I couldn’t wear my work pants so had to find something loose! All day it got worse and worse – I had taken 1 tablet before breakfast yesterday in the hope that it might rectify itself. Total agony. To the point they are now in the garbage. I had a super high fever with sweats and shivers all night last night and chronic pain to the point I thought I was going to need to visit A&E!! However by 5am the pain eased a bit and fever did too. I will NEVER, EVER take another supplement EVER so this was my experience and there is obviously an ingredient that my body reacted to so I’m glad it has worked for a lot of people but I’m staying Au Naturel from now on

A digestion dream! ✨
This product has been a game changer for me in regulating my digestion. I tend to struggle sometimes having a bm and originally I was using slippery elm and a cup of coffee in the am to help me out but it seemed to not be working as effectively. I felt like I was gaining more weight in my midsection because my clothes weren’t fitting right. However, combining Triphala, slippery elm, and lots of water I’ve noticed a night and day difference. I take Triphala and slippery elm before I eat larger meals with room temp water and remind myself to drink throughout the day. With this I don’t have to drink coffee and I automatically have the urge to go as I’m getting up in the am especially if I’m laying on my left side. I get to start my day feeling lighter and my stomach is significantly flatter. I love it
