Tiny odorless moss-green tablets that pack a punch!
I’ve had spirulina in various teas and supplements in recent years, but never just the spirulina itself so I was dying to rry these. So far so good, though only my second day. Took 6 of the small little green tabs together this afternoon. I didn’t chew them like food but swallowed them whole like pills. Unlike what some people have said about these, there was absolutely NO fish taste or smell to them. Even when I opened the sealed package there was no odor I could discern of any kind. There are TONS of these little, tiny tablets in the package so they should last for a good long time! These are an easy way to get some extra vitamins and nutrients into your system. Glad I gave them a try! They do make my poop blue/green, lol!

Feeling Good
I have a little more energy and feel good since I have been taking these. The dosage is 6 tablets and I take 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. I swallow them whole with a glass of water, you can chew them if you prefer but I prefer to take them whole.

I take three tablets once or twice a day. I find it helps with my skin with all the vitamins minerals and antioxidants in them. I make it a point to take lots of b vitamins to help with brain function as well. I find that vitamins/nutrients that grow in water work well for me. These are organic which is great and it’s a nice big bag.

The only thing that I didn’t care For was the taste. However this was a very good product& I would definitely buy it again. I use this with Chlorella Fella brand Spirulina & Chlorella mix to dull the slight fish taste.
