Biotin patches
Since my gastric bypass, I have been buying these in hope of strengthening my hair and nails, and that it would be one less pill to swallow. I keep purchasing so, I still have hope in that. I have seen growth in my hair, and some strengthening in my nails. I not sure if it is as strong as a pill. However they are very easy to use. They stick well to the skin. I don’t feel them after applying them.

I used to have really thick long, beautiful hair, but as I’ve gotten older and now in my 40s, the top of my head has really really thinned out bad. I can see my scalp and everything so my mom told me to do biotin and somebody else said to do collagen and everything like that so I bought the patches for a while and I’ve noticed a little bit of a difference. I’ve tried the Rogaine stuff. I’ve tried almost everything right now. I think I’m doing vitamins eventually I’ll just get the shampoo and I can tell it just takes time.

They get the job done!!
I just recently had bariatric surgery and was not able to wallow for the first month or so in these patches really came in handy. I made the mistake of leaving them on overnight which caused some skin irritation but these are some powerful vitamins Patches. I would recommend these if you are unable to swallow pill form.
