I have friends who have taken this product for quite a long while and decided to incorporate it into my morning smoothie…just as a little extra bonus, if you will. I’m not taking it for any particular issue…so I can’t say that it has helped anything in particular…but I am impressed with both the product and the company and have already ordered another item from them.

I’m not able to rate its benefits at this point, but one thing you should be aware of is that by the time you will receive the product, the contents will have settled, leaving it half full. It’s a lot of money to pay for a smallish container that appears half full.

but consciously I do feel like I am doing something good for my body
I use this product regularly because of all the health benefits that spirulina and chlorella provide. I am a tad bit of a supplement junkie and my arsenal of supplements are off the hook. Anyway, I can’t say that I have any obvious improvements from consuming this product in my smoothies because of all of the other herbs, vitamins, and powdered fruit/veggie products that I consume, but consciously I do feel like I am doing something good for my body. The only downside about this product besides the hefty price tag is that it is fishy, which is to be expected due to it being made from sea vegetation. I find that out of all the variety of smoothies I tend to make, using this product with frozen bananas, other fruit/veggies, and raw apple juice tastes best. One thing I will say is that this lasted me a very long time, even with it only realistically being almost half empty upon opening the container. I rotate which supplements I take daily to avoid overwhelming my system with too many things at once so this may be the reason why I had this product for over a year. I just keep it refrigerated once I open it. When you research spirulina and chlorella, they have amazing health properties so that is why I am giving this four stars.
