My lower belly is flat!
Works great for me (servere constipation/bloating). My bloaded 8 month looking belly is gone (i am not pregnant) and i lost a bit of weight. Keep in mind these never solve your problems on their own 100%. My diet is 80% steamed veggies and I use suppositories daily (for muscle weakness)

Works but give it time
I started taking this two months ago and it took about 2 weeks to finally start seeing something. They definitely work! I knew they were working because I felt either my stomach bubbly or gas pass.I ran out and took about 2 weeks for me to reorder- and I definitely felt the difference when I was off. I bloat really fast, even before or after meals. I rate it a 4 starts because it takes a while to start working but definitely can see the results after 2 weeks. I wasn’t constipated either.

Still bloated and severely constipated! I take every night and notice no benefit. I eat fruit and vegetables daily with no dairy or red meat. In fact more bloating.?
