So I am going through perimenopause, and when I first picked this up at my local health food store I was delighted to see that it contained don quai and Wild yam! A bio-identical progesterone that balances estrogen and other hormones! Normally It costs 40 bucks for a jar of wild yam cream. I took it for a month and actually had a period after a long dry spell! But I ran out, and the hot flashes came back in a few weeks, and so did the dry spell, and with Covid it hasn’t been as easy to get out. In desperation I searched it up on amazon after feeling fed up with my body and there it is!!! For a better price than Sprouts! I’m so grateful! It has taken a few weeks to kick in, but the hot flashes are going away again. I guess I need to keep this one stocked up. I feel like myself again. And I am needing to do a liver cleanse, not the usual liver herbs, but it makes me feel so much better I guess it’s something I need.

Changed my life!
Changed my life, I searched for years to find out what was wrong with me, I just didn’t feel “Right” two weeks into taking this. I feel like myself again. There’s just a weird amount in the bottle, I think it’s 20 days. Not sure if it’s a cycle or not, even though I’m on my third bottle. And it’s not one of those “Free bottle, if you leave a good review. They don’t offer that, because this stuffs legit.

I take this to counteract the effects of my prescriptions on my liver. My high liver enzymes went down so far, so that’s been great to see. I also notice this blend seriously calms anxiety, I wasn’t even looking for that from this product but I looovvve this thing.
