It really helps for BPH.
I’ve tried pumpkin seed oil from other companies and I did not feel any difference with my BPH but with this particular brand I did notice a real difference for better. If you have BPH like me I’ve learned through trial and error over the past three years to take African Pygeum, Stinging Nettle Root and this pumpkin seed oil and your bathroom problems and that swelling feeling down there will be over. But I noticed if I miss a couple of days I can feel it coming back again. So to sum it up. This stuff works without any side effects, but it is a treatment, not a cure. But its better than taking the stuff that my MD wanted to give me with a boatload of side affects.

Sloppy Shipping
Can’t say anything about the product, just took my first dose today. However, the bottle arrived open with all the gel caps loose inside the shipping envelope. Not the way it’s supposed to work.

Good product, bad warehouse storage?
This is my second bottle of this pumpkin seed oil and although I believe it is a quality brand, I would not recommend buying it on Amazon. Either they are holding old stock or it’s stored in extreme temps- either way, as you can see by the photo, it’s not consumable. Fortunately, Amazon refunded the money on this “non returnable” item. Hope this helps others decide on their purchase.

It’s out of stock or I would refill. All the benefits are true. Plus…
you can prick the cap w a safety pin and use the oil on your hair, neck, hands. Most oils break me out. Jojoba, marula, olive, camellia, argan- all have broken me out. This magic oil did not. Also, my hair drinks it up. Please keep this in stock and planetary herbals increase production. Full of omegas but from pumpkin not the ocean.

Had to cut bottle open and pull each capsule off of the glob in order to access them. Took about 45 minutes. Obviously can’t store in origin packaging now.
