I read alot of good things about berberine and when I found this with so many other benefits I had to try it. There is no taste or after taste, the pills are very east to swallow. Works for weight loss
I was looking for an oral supplement that worked like semaglutide but more natural than a prescription and came across a recommendation for berberine online so I did a search on Amazon and this brand was a top recommendation so I decided to give it a try. I liked that it was only 1 pill a day and also offered liver & gut support. I started taking it in the mornings with my breakfast and multivitamin. I have tried all kinds of weight loss supplements and most don’t work so then I just try another so I have been taking weight loss pills for years so I just take it in the morning and don’t really think much of it, it is just part of my routine. So this was just another pill and I wasn’t really even thinking about the results as I didn’t really expect much until the other day I noticed my clothes seem to be fitting a little better and I was feeling a little thinner. I got on the scale to check and sure enough I was down 7 lbs! I had to think back to figure out what might have caused the change as I haven’t really been trying to make any changes to diet or anything and I realized the only thing I had done different was I had been taking this supplement for a month. It does seem to make my gut more active and go to the bathroom more regularly and I think my cravings have been down but again these effects have been somewhat subtle and I didn’t even realize the change until recently. Now that I realize it is helping I am excited to see how much more I will be able to lose and work on eating a healthier diet now that I realize it is actual helping with my cravings. I would recommend this as a daily supplement to support reaching your health goals.

I love these things!
I started taking berberine to lower my cholesterol because of problems I was having with the statins. Just the berberine was lowering my cholesterol a little. Then I started using turmeric tea in my coffee to try to work on the inflammation in my body. I have lupus, and so that is a chronic problem. When I went to buy more berberine it was very expensive, but then it does have a whole lot more berberine in it, about five times as much as these. Because of the lower price on this I decided to try this, especially because I could stop buying the tea if I was taking all of these supplements in this one pill. It will be a long time before I can test to see if it’s making any difference at all in any of those things my cholesterol, my sugars, or anything related to inflammation. But these are a lot more tasty than just the plain Burberry, so it’s more pleasant taking them. And it’s a lot cheaper, about half. I’ll probably try this for a while, check my cholesterol and see what it’s doing, and then make a decision on whether I go back to the berberine or continue with this, or do both. At the same time that I started taking these, I stopped taking one of my blood pressure meds, amlodipine, and started taking this, and colloidal silver. I don’t know which is doing it, or if stopping the amlodipine is doing it, but I’m a lot stronger than I was before I stopped taking that and started these. Before, I was having trouble rising up on half toe. And that’s after a lifetime of toe dancing. Yesterday I got up and thought I could do it now, tried it, and was, indeed, able to go up to have to without holding on to anything and without pulling myself up! Something is definitely working, I’m betting it’s a combination of these pills and this colloidal silver.
