a product that contains many uncommon things that your body may need to improve type 2 diabetes
i left off one star becasue i had mixed feelings about writing a review for this,not because of how it works, but because i was taking so many other supplements that it could not be clear which ones the results were coming from. the reason that i bought it was because i had been getting many supplements that i believed would be beneficial to support reversing type 2 diabetes.i had been taking individual mineral supplements, and there were still so many to get i could not afford many more. i chose this product because it contains many hard to find ingredients and i felt having them in the smaller doses that a product combining many things offers was better than not having them at all.for someone who has nto taken mineral or herbal supplements regularly, this is a good way to get things your body has not had, and it is likely to make a difference in helping a high blood glucose situation. the only way to tell would be to compare your blood sugar test readings from the past with the ones obtained after taking probably 3-5 doses a day until the bottle is finished. even then, few supplements make such a dramatic difference that you can tell what it is doing.it would have cost me a couple hundred dollars if i had bought the herbs, etc separately. i buy powdered herbs and put them in capsules which lowers the per capsule price substantially but really raises the total price, and it is the pitts filling all the capsules, which i do while watching koream historal drama series, since you can manage reading the subtitles while doing it.i will say as general advise i never felt any difference from most vitamins or amino acids or things with names like alpha this or that. i also did not feel any difference from almost all the one ingredient things suggested for helping diabetes. that does not mean they did nothing, but that what they did was subtle or did not produce an effect you could feel which could be something substantial or nonexistant.i did feel an important difference from taking many of the rarer minerals for even a few days. one result was energy and motivation to clean my house. if i try to take all the stuff every day after about 3 weeks i get amnesia and stop all together, so i take half the stuff once a week in double daily doses and the other havlf a few days later. this i can do on a fairly regular basis. i also began taking liquid colloidal forms of minerals, some the utah stuff with almost every known mineral in it, and some with one or two minerals in them.i guess that given the range of rare ingredients this product contains, it is reasonable to believe it is good to take. if you are taking nothing else, and feel no better, it may be you should take a lot more of it, since who can say how depleted each body is of things it needs to work better? i had dramatic results from dr jason fung’s youtube videos about ‘mini fasts’ and his book which explains things about diabetes that had me drop my bloodtest reading 7-100 points in a few days.it is hard to tell how much supplements help diabetes, but it is not hard to tell that taking them and doing other things your doctor knows nothing about work a lot better than being given more and more drugs that bail out the sinking ship that finally sinks, instead of fixing the problem that causes the high readings so doctors feel they did all the right things and can not be criticized when they have to cut off your feet from using a treatment that causes as many problems as it helps it it really helps anything in the long run, then make you think it is all your fault it all happened.

I started taking this for a couple days and I noticed my blood pressure went to the roof, so I stopped to see if that was the cause of it, in the next 2 days my blood pressure came down. No good for my health, perhaps might work for others.
