I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes entirely encased in plastic. Not only do I see that as unnecessary, but painful to deal with when the arthritis is kicking in. It comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Jan 2028.These capsules have a light herbal (?) scent to them, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says GMP-certified, manufactured in the USA, and 3rd-party tested.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. The bottle has the distributor’s phone number on it. Their premom site is functional and informative. It is a well-established company with apps and other related products, and they have apparently served over 8 million customers.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, and we’re done having kids, but I like the quality of the ingredients I see here and the lack of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.The price may seem a little high for one month, but to be confident you’re getting a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
