Perfect tea set
The original purchase of the tea set did not go as planned. I believe the first set that I received was a defective set as it clearly states in the description that the set is dishwasher safe (which the new set I have is perfectly fine) During washing the cups/pot the day after I received the item in the mail, one of the cups broke in the dishwasher…which resulted in a horrible mess. None of the cups seemed to have any cracks etc before placing them in my dishwasher, so I am not sure at all how one of the cups broke.I contacted Amazon and got a replacement for the tea set and the second set is perfect! I can put it through the dishwasher with no issue what so ever. Also to note…this is not a STOVETOP friendly tea set, it is more of an infuser that you pour hot water into. Do not under any circumstances put this over a fire, or on a stove top as the plastic will melt.Overall I love the set it looks amazing and it fits my needs perfectly. It is great for tea bags, loose leaf tea, or tea flowers. I also use mine for coffee and it works out great! (use a filter if you make coffee)

Elegant and Sturdy Teapot
I love this teapot! It is so elegant and I love the see-through design so that I can easily see when my tea is brewed to my liking. The lid fits very well and I haven’t had any problems with it falling during pouring like I have in other teapots. It is super easy to clean and overall a fantastic product for the price point.

Loved the teapot! I have been looking for a unique teapot with a removable infuser and this one checked all my boxes. The large capacity (40 oz) is perfect. The perfect teapot for my loose-leaf teas with its durability, easy to pure, and sleek design.

Beautiful design but not for everyday use
I love the design but this is the problem with form over function.Don’t try to separated the plastic from the glass – the brochure repeats this several times.I can understand why people have tried to do this – it’s hard to clean because of the shape.The steel filter is flimsy and hard to clean. I bought another drip filter that I can place over it and I use that one instead of the one that came with it. The drip filter I bought separately is much stronger and easier to clean.The overall design is beautiful and presentable to guests.

A quirky design, but overall, it works well. My only complaint is that to get the last drops out, you have to tilt the thing more than 90 degrees.

Great design and functionality, however…
I liked every aspect of this Tea Pot, from the photos, descriptions, and reviews. We would give it four stars just for that. We cleaned it upon arrival, tried it – everything worked perfectly. My only two issues were; one, the infuser not having a handle or an easy way to remove it from the pot, hot or cold. A little handle or lift on the infuser would be a nice upgrade and possibly prevent burning. It would be an even better upgrade if the infuser or the lid had a drip tray. The second issue is that water does get in between the plastic outer shell and the glass. Water and or debris trapped between the glass and plastic cannot be reached. The outer plastic shell does not separate from the glass for easy cleaning, and the water/suds did and will cause staining on the outside of the glass between the glass and plastic shell with hand washing or worse in the dishwasher. Maybe no big deal for some but water/suds or any debris trapped between things that cannot be reached and cleaned is never optimal. Otherwise, it is a very nice-looking and functioning Tea Pot, even if it feels a bit fragile due to thin glass. The pour spout is no-drip – always a plus. With some minor upgrades from the maker, this is easily a 4 to 5-star item.

I had looked at many options for a teapot. I wanted something that I could make several cups at once and not have to continually turn on my kettle to heat water to make a single cup. I don’t drink enough during the day and tea is a great way to stay hydrated. This tea pot is not only beautiful it keeps the tea hot for quite a while which surprised me! It is elegant to look at and really makes me want to brew up a couple of pots a day! I am delighted by the purchase! It would make a great gift, or as in my case, a great way to treat myself kindly! I highly recommend the Primula Half Moon Teapot !

I love this teapot! It’s excellent for brewing a few cups of tea and I love being able to see it brewing. It does need a tea cozy as it cools down rather quickly. I’m hard on glassware and this has held up well over the past month and a half. I know some people don’t like the plastic part covering some of the glass, but I’m pretty sure that’s the only reason I haven’t broken this yet! Tea comes out tasting fantastic and it’s easy to clean. Wonderful!
