Super Impressed with This Trio!
I have all three pieces of the Proactiv Clean set and I have been super impressed with the results! I developed several stubborn comedones on the sides of my cheeks that just were not going away. I got this set of products & started using them in hopes that the comedones would clear up. It did take approximately a week, but I can now confidently write this review & say that this product eliminated the bumps. After each day of using this trio, the bumps reduced in size & appearance. Again, note that it took about a week for them to go away completely. I have also noticed a significant improvement in the overall appearance of my skin since using this trio. My skin, quite honestly, is glowing & appears lighter & more even in tone. I am truly loving this trio!As for this moisturizer specifically, it is meant to only be used once a day at night. It spreads well and absorbs in after a few minutes. It helps keep the moisture content up in the skin, since products such as these can potentially dry out the skin. I have had no issues with dryness since using this entire trio of products.

Ordered this moisturizer for my son, who has been using a product with a different ingredient that tends to make his skin extremely dry. Despite salicylic acid not being quite as strong an acne-fighter as the other product he was using, I’m hoping this will work over the winter and prevent excessive breakouts without as much dryness. So far it’s working well, so time will tell.This is step 3 of a multi-step Proactive system, so the best results presumably come from using the full line.The higher price of this (vs drugstore salicylic acid moisturizers) is probably because this contains extra ingredients not normally found in those products, most notably bakuchiol (a natural retinol) and niacinamide.
