Gave it a Shot and it Seems to Work for Me
I have taken creatine before and I can say that it has always seemed to work for me, although the last time I took any, I was a lot younger and the supplement I was taking was a very gritty powder. Yuck.I like this supplement being in capsules as it makes it very easy to take. I can say that it has seemed to work for me as creatine tends to. I realize some of this is a little subjective as there is no real way for me to show any measurements, but I have felt like I can do better with my HIT training on the treadmill, which I probably do entirely too much of anyway. So this stuff has seemed, to me anyway, to make those workouts easier, or at the very least, less painful. I’m 57 and I run 4 miles, twice a day, about 5 days a week. As far as making me any stronger, I’m not really sure that it would do that directly anyway, but it has allowed me to increase my intensity slightly, therefore I assume making me stronger as well. I’ve been able to push my workouts a little more.My only issue with this is that I do not find it to be a cheap supplement as you need to take at least three capsules per day, meaning that the bottle that was sent to me will only last you one month. I guess I just need a job that pays better.Anyway, overall, I have enjoyed taking this and would be interested in continuing to take it if it were just a little less expensive.
