Works REALLY WELL. Pure encapsulations is a legitimate brand.
I’m really not the type of person to write a review but I’ve been using this supplement for 3 days. Tonight when I go to sleep will make 4. The first day; it worked well but I could tell it wasn’t as effective as it could possibly be. The second day was a lot more effective in keeping me asleep and I even woke up 5 minutes before my earliest alarm with no fog, no confusion and no anxiety which are all fairly common for me after the jolt of the sound of my alarm every morning. Yesterday I woke up and this is not an exaggeration when I say…. It was 20 minutes early. No broken sleep, no tiredness… just me wide awake and ready to go at 4:30 in the morning after going to sleep at 9pm. Today was a whole different monster and I’m considering using the product a little less because it’s starting to work too well for me. I woke up at 4am on the dot this morning after going to sleep at 9:15 last night. Again I feel no sense of fog or confusion, tiredness is something I am seeing less and less throughout my day as well because of a good nights sleep.

Overpriced / underperformed
Did nothing for me and one of the most expensive supplement brands with poor testing … Pure encapsulations also appears to be cutting corners to enhance profits since the nestle takeover. For example l’ve noticed most new formulations are utilizing the inactive form of b6 rather than the active P5P form which formerly was included in formulations that had b6 in them…EXPENSIVE! NOT WORTH IT !

I love this sleep supplement so much I have it on auto-ship! It’s works better than any other clean herbal sleep aid out there. I take it an hour before my bedtime, and like clockwork, one hour, later I feel sleepy. I fall asleep within 15 minutes of hitting my pillow. I still wake up to go to the bathroom but fall right back asleep. Highly recommended!

Beware the smell!!
Seems to work pretty well when trying to fall asleep but doesn’t help me stay asleep. Be warned they smell horrible, seriously horrible.
