It works!
The kids often have a hard time getting to sleep after a busy day and we have found that taking a bath with this blend before bed relaxes them and helps them get to sleep. It smells nice too! We do recommend it for an easy way to incorporate a routine before bedtime for those that have a hard time sleeping.

We use this at bath time and it always settles our 4 year old Down plus she loves it makes bubbles and smells good- it does smell really good. She has eczema and it seems to be good for it also, keeps her skin so much clearer then any other bubble bath we’ve used.

do not use this and benadryl within a 24 hour period
Did exactly what it was suppose to do, however if your like me and suffer with allergies. I’ve found thatvI can use all of the bath soaks by Dr. Teal except for the ones with essential oil. Also I used this around 8pm and woke up & took a benadryl around 9:30am. Huge mistake! I’ve been taking benadryl for years & can take it and still move around. Not today I felt like I had been drugged up. I can only guess it was the melatonin from the soap that was still in my system I felt as if someone had drugged me. Just an FYI no matter if benadryl doesn’t make you sleepy be very careful. I couldn’t even keep my eyes open. Still at 9pm the next night it’s trying to wear off but my eyes are still burning and heavy for sleep.

1. It’s huge2. It’s amazing for getting kids to sleep, as well as the matching lotion.3. Foams up great for perfect play bubbles.Only negative is when I ordered this again the package came full of soap and got everywhere. Just a simple wash off fixed it though so not a big deal. Things happen during shipping not the manufactures fault.
