Pretty awesome benefits
I started taking chlorella 2.5 months ago, seeking better gut health, and also heard chlorella can help rid the body of toxins and heavy metals. I am not yet sure if it’s doing that job, but here’s what I can tell you.My first couple weeks taking it I noticed changes in my work performance. I was suddenly clear minded. Complex tasks that grinded my brain to a halt were suddenly “clicking”. I was flying through my work, with significant ease! I presented my project to my boss, I was 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule and was told I “knocked it out of the park”!I’ve also noticed my sleeping had improved. Sadly I take a controlled substance for sleep. I noticed I was falling asleep much faster than I have to years. My dreams are really vivid too! I usually wake up at night and can’t get back to sleep. I’m falling back asleep quickly. I also mused to need to use ear plugs at night because everything wakes me up and I have used them now for about 2 months. I’ve noticed recently I’ve been waking up groggy. Like, hungover. I started to wonder, it’s like my body is rejecting my sleep meds. So I started to cut back, and I’m still falling asleep the same, and waking up less groggy.Another thing I’ve noticed is that I’m in a better mood.I do wonder if this is my body flushing out metals? I’ve heard chlorella can help decalcify the pineal gland, could this be my pineal gland functioning better?Despite the fact that this powder tastes very “earthy”, I’ll chug it down with some RO water knowing the benefits I’ve experienced thus far are overwhelmingly positive. I take it at night as I get very relaxed about 30 minutes after.

Strong taste and color
Very strong in flavor and color. If you’re planning on using it as a natural food dye, use a lot less than you think; you get a lot of bang for your buck that’s for sure. It does taste fishy, but only if you use too much.
