My girlfriend really seems to have a lot more energy and overall mental clarity from just taking these for the last week, it really fills in those diatary gaps and helps your body perform at its best for longer. At the end of the day she says she doesn’t feel as drained and still feels sharp with energy left over. I needed to supplement a rather low carb eating plan and I feel good about taking these, made from whole foods. They are rather large, but not too big. This company is well worth the money. I don’t like how big it is but I love the all natural ingredients and it gives me daily energy.Also, I had to cut down on the recommended dosage of 4 pills a day. I was only taking 2 per day and couldn’t sleep more than twenty minutes throughout the night. I cut back to 1 pills per day and I still get good energy
