🎶🎼🎵 Oil Pulling, Oil Pulling 🎶🎼🎵
This is an interesting product – basically you have a minty, slightly spicy fractionated coconut oil. Many of the oils and spices mixed in with the coconut oil have antibacterial properties. The fractionated coconut oil has qualities that make it better suited for oil pulling than regular coconut oil. Basically the oil is heated to where it separates, and only medium chain fatty acids are kept. This oil remains in a liquid state at room temperature, and is more emollient and less greasy than raw coconut oil. I’ve only ever used virgin coconut oil, from a jar, for oil pulling and this is very nice – and is a notable improvement! It also includes a dosing cup, and a small, sturdy, portable metal tongue scraper. At the current price point, it’s very reasonable, at about double what you would pay for the same amount of a jar of solidified coconut oil at a grocery store. I feel that it is worth it for the convenience and time saving, since you don’t need to wait for it to melt under your tongue before swishing. It’s a bit more pleasant to use too, due to the flavor and texture. The tongue scraper is more comfortable to use than a spoon, and I really appreciated that it was included. I would highly recommend this for those who would like to upgrade their oil pulling routine.

Poor delivery, product is good.
I bought this as an alternative to the Guru Nanda product, it tastes the same and comes in a similar size bottle. However I will say that when swishing it around it does become bubbly, which is something that the Guru Nanda does not do. It feels a little odd having foamy oil in your mouth. The only issue I have with this is that my little cup broke during delivery and the tongue scraper is tiny and not very wide. Overall, I’m not disappointed with the purchase.

I love the tongue scraper
I’m not sure how I feel about this stuff. The taste is fine, but it does take some getting used to it. I honestly have not noticed a difference since I started using it. If/when I do, I will update my review.

Not for Me!
Using “pulling oil” is an old dental treatment that seems to have undergone something of a revival, so I thought I’d give it a try. After doing so, I think I’ll pass on bringing it back. The idea is to swish the oil around in your mouth for at least two minutes, and preferably 10, to get it to “pull” buildup from on and around your teeth to clean them. Maybe that will eventually work, but I found the process tedious and unpleasant. The best I could work up to was six minutes, and I didn’t like the taste or feel of the oil, so I know I’m not going to be able to make myself use this oil on a regular basis. If the coconut and mint flavors were stronger, it might be tolerable, but as it is, I just can’t make the feel of dirty oil sloshing around for ten minutes (twice a day?) part of my routine.

Refreshing minty oil pull—fights plaque & boosts shine, but requires patience and dental basics
I’ve been using Pursonic’s Ayurvedic Oil Pulling Oil (8 oz, mint & coconut flavor with a tongue scraper) alongside brushing and flossing. The oil is lightly minty and swishes smoothly around the mouth without leaving too thick a residue afterward. The included stainless tongue scraper helps remove extra debris after pulling. I noticed fresher breath and slightly brighter teeth. My smile looks a bit polished after consistent use. It also leaves my gums feeling cleaner and my mouth more comfortable, especially on dry mornings.Pros:• Minty-coconut flavor feels fresh• Includes tongue scraper• Fresher breath and brighter look with daily useCons:• Time commitment—needs 10–20 min swishing, which isn’t easy to fit into busy mornings• Not a tooth whitening miracle—results are gradual and mild• Should be supplemental—not a replacement for brushing, flossing, or dental checkupsFinal thoughts:If you’re into a natural oral-care routine, this oil pulling set is a refreshing addition. The mint flavor makes it enjoyable, and the clean feeling after—especially combined with the tongue scraper—is noticeable right away. Just know it’s a slow-boil method, not an instant whitening cure. I’d keep this in rotation for fresh mornings and healthy gums, but not instead of my regular brushing and flossing.

Cool product!
I’ve wanted to do this tooth pulling technique for a long time and was so excited for this. It’s like an oil, but it doesn’t taste horrible like having a mouth full of olive oil or something like that. It has flavor to it and it’s thicker, so it requires a bit more effort to pull between your teeth. I think that’s a good thing because flossing and brushing doesn’t always get everything so why not add another step to help? The instructions say to fill the cup to 15ml and swish for 2 minutes a time, gradually increasing to 10 minutes at a time. I did 3 out the gate and am doing fine with that. You brush your teeth AFTER you do the pulling and then AFTER you do both of those things, you use the tooth scraper. It all feels really good when you’ve completed your routine. The only thing that isn’t made clear is whether or not to use it 2x daily or just 1x daily. Other than that, it’s awesome!

Clear instructions, do not spit in drain
This oil pulling oil is okay! I do like that the directions were concise and informative. The directions were also clear so it was easy to follow and use this oil. It did not irritate me which was great! I did not like the taste though lmao.I did 10 mins straight up compared to starting at two and building up to 10. I spit the oil out into the trash rather than the drain to deter build up and then brush my teeth.
