Helpful relaxation
I am very pleased with the result of these relax capsules. My body and mind do feel relaxed but not too much so that I can still take care of everyday tasks and work. I’ve been taking once a day for 3 days now and have seen improvement in my mood and sleep.

A great supplement!
This supplement is fantastic! I noticed a difference in my sleep quality almost immediately. Looking at the ingredients, I can see why. Magnesium alone is incredibly beneficial for both sleep and general well-being and the other ingredients also support relaxation. My only complaint is that a serving size is three pills and there are only ten servings in the bottle.

I’m so happy I found this product. It gives me the extra patience for those really hard evenings with the kids. All moms have been there, they understand that some phases are just so much more trying than others and how important it is to stay calm and regulated to properly model it to your children. They absolutely only learn by example. This Relax product allows me to slow down, stay calm and really focus on the connection my child is seeking through trying behavior. It’s been a god send! Feeling healthy and normal is an added bonus. The win is getting through rough phases a lot smoother and more connected with my child.

I have been taking 3 of these tablets every morning with water on an empty stomach. I can honestly not say if this is or isn’t helping with stress/calm. I don’t feel amazingly different from consuming these. I will say that they have a nice almost cinnamon taste, which is nice because ashwaganda, from what I remember, didn’t taste great by itself. I still have gotten a headache or two while taking this supplement. For the price vs longevity of use…I would not say this is worth it.

Calms my tinnitus anxiety
I am not a.fake review. I bought these recently and took one pill first time then 2 pills 2nd time and they definitely work for anxiety. I am moderate tinnitus that causes me a great deal of anxiety. My doctors refuse to prescribe antianxiety meds due to dependence factor, so in I found these and they work just As well imo. Take a lot longer to hit you. Like a full hour but when they hit they are definitely calming without sedation. And you can’t beat the price. The same ingredients in other brands go for $30.

Wow. Actually works…I didn’t do any outside research on this brand or anything just kind of read Amazon reviews. I was looking for something to help manage my stress because I was feeling exhausted and irritable. I was disappointed at first that it was only a 10 day supply, since it’s 30 capsules, but they recommend taking 3 a day. I have only taken 3 a day once or twice though and still noticed a difference. I usually take just one or two in the morning and have noticed a lot less stress. I feel a lot more centered and focused. A little less of my normal dread. The price would be better if this was a three month supply like I thought it was but overall I think this supplement actually helps manage stress from becoming overwhelming and therefore is worth it when I can afford it.
