A GI Survival Kit in a Capsule
There’s been a lot of talk lately about improved gut health, strengthening one’s immune system, overall health, and how it affects the brain. I am not a doctor, so I have no proof if that is true. And everyone reacts differently, so you need to do your own research. However, the ingredients Oregano, Thyme, Milk Thistle have a long history of being potent anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and detoxification, so it makes sense they would kill off any nasties causing an upset gut. However, I was unfamiliar with Lemon Balm, so I Googled it. I was surprised. In addition to having an overall calming effect, Lemon Balm supposedly also has an anti-spasmodic reaction. So, if one’s gut is spasming, causing pain and discomfort, I can see why this should calm it down. Personally, it is easier for me to endure the pain of broken ribs, or a severe injury, than severe abdominal distress. So anything that can eliminate that is priceless in my book. This product is easy to take, with no harsh side effects. I did not get any dramatic sensation of anything happening. But, what I experienced was an absence of any negative sensations. I had no bloating, headache, cramping, gas, heartburn, and things moved more regularly. There was nothing dramatic, but the subtle changes were noticeable. I simply felt better, with no negative side effects. I can say my gut is happier since I have been taking it.

Haven’t had any bad side effects or reactions , does help my bm that was one of the first things i noticed. I have to take a bit longer to notice any other effects. I have no problems taking or digesting these.

My stomach has been bothering me for nearly a week. I’d forgotten I had these, so when I happened across them, I dumped 2 of them down my throat right away. After 3 doses, I felt better. After the 4th dose & a good night’s sleep, I was back to normal! I know this is supposed to be a “maintenance” supplement, but it really seemed to help me out with my discomfort, and things have been great since. Definitely recommended!👍

I don’t have a specific time to eat and so my digestion can be all over the place. After taking 2 pills a day, I’ve noticed my digestion has been normalized. I haven’t noticed any side effects nor discomfort while taking this.

Easy to take
This is an easy to take capsule with no taste and no odor. I have found it to be very effective in helping with some Gi issues that I’ve been having and I’m quite pleased with that aspect. I do think that this is a good value for what you’re getting and I do love that it has lemon balm in it. Lemon balm may be the key ingredient here in calming my stomach as well. So far I’m happy and will keep this in the rotation!
