Be Careful!
I was hesitant to take this because of the mixed reviews.These pills added to my stress times 100. My eye actually adapted a non stop twitch in for the 3 weeks I was taking it. An eye twitch like this is usually caused from high cortisol.It’s been one week since I have taken one and the twitch is almost completely gone.At first I felt great, clear headed and sharpe. I soon felt overwhelmed with higher anxiety and my depression hit an all time high. My breathing was so off. Getting out of breath from waking across the house.I think Saffron, L-Theanine and Ashawanga are great. This particular pill of mixing them together was a very bad idea for me that I wish I could take back. I’ve spent the last 5 days trying to calm down my nervous system.Be careful!

Happy with it
I have ADHD and anxiety. It’s a lovely combination.Today’s the first day taking it so time will tell but it started with a subtle happy energy effect that blunted several days of anxiety powered chest pain. Then a chill feeling came after. Not sleepy chill, just relaxed. Have a bit of head pressure but that could be anything. Mentally I know the anxiety is there I simply don’t feel it physically with this supplement.I’ll probably take this in the evening as I don’t yet know what it will do with adderall. Although I’ve heard L Theanine is a good supplement to take with my medication I’ll still wait to talk with my doc.The mg doses in here seem to be low and safe as what I’ve experienced with Ritual in the past.They’re less of a ‘highest concentration of’ brand and more of a ‘just what you need and nothing more’ brand. I like this as it’s a safer approach for the consumer and rare in the supplement industry.
