I’ve tried several different magnesium creams and have even made my own. Rooted In is my favorite!It’s the perfect texture, has just the right amount of fragrance, and the magnesium must be exactly what my body needs, because it works every time!When I use the Rest cream, I fall asleep faster, and my sleep quality is better.When I use the Tranquility cream, I enjoy more peace, even during stressful days.And when I use the Relief cream, my muscle aches ease up.I’m so grateful for such a wonderful line of products that nourish my body! So far I like this cream. It is very moisturizing and isn’t greasy as it seeps into the skin fairly quickly. I have only used it 3 times which is the reason for the 4 stars, so I am still trying to adjust the proper usage amount. It doesn’t noticeably make me sleepy but I have noticed that I do sleep better and when I do wake up, I can go back to sleep easier than without it. It is much better for me than a magnesium sleep supplement as those upset my stomach.I do recommend trying it as it is a lovely cream overall.

Calming for the muscles and the mind
This cream is amazing! I have used it for general muscle soreness after a physically active day, but was especially thankful for it after I slept in a very uncomfortable chair for a couple of nights to stay near an anxious dog I was watching and wanted to keep calm. My legs were really achy from it and this helped them feel much better.I am sensitive to strong scents and find this pleasant and not overpowering; it’s very calming (well, it is called Tranquility…). Like others have said, it’s also not greasy and is a nice light texture.Make sure you are on their email list because they have some really good information about magnesium and what kinds work best for your health concerns.

Really is that good!!
This stuff is AMAZING. I have all of there products, but Relief and Rest mixed together help my restless leg that has nerve damage in it a million percent!! One night it was so bad, tears may have been shed, when I remembered I had these products. I rubbed them on my leg went and washed my hands and before my hands were completely washed it had already started calming the nerves.I’ve tried a LOT of things, but this the only one I’ve tried over the past decade that truly does work some “magic” and helps relieve or take the edge off nerve pain.I’ve recommended it to family members with other issues and they’ve all bought a jar after they’ve tried mine. And when I follow up they’ve in fact bought their own and it’s helping their lives have more quality.One family member even got rid of there cane, that’s how much this works… and between us all that have something medically going on, we’ve tried it all, which speaks volumes for those at Rooted In and the quality product they provide.And no, I’m not related to the owners and I’m not being paid… and I’ll do stars for reviews, but writing an actual review is rare for me.Anyway… all that to say, give it a try, it’s a good product and has helped our health journey so much.Thank you for your time in reading my short novel of a product I love and use.

Having only used this for 3 days, I can’t give a very long term assessment, but I can already feel a difference. I have slept more soundly and restfully. The restless feelings in my legs at night was lessened, as was the crampy discomfort.The cream has a light, refreshing smell and absorbs well. So far, I’m pleased with the redults.
