Update April 20, 2025: I continue to love this Organic Rose Water Toner for face, neck, scalp, and hair care. So soothing and refreshing. Ordered the 8 ounce refill, a terrific value!==Original Review:I have very sensitive skin, including my scalp. A delicate spray on toner is a must have in my daily skin and scalp care routine. Unfortunately, the toner I had been using was becoming too expensive for my budget. Thought I would give this USDA Certified Bulgarian Rosewater Facial Toner a try.So happy I did, this product is a keeper! Everything about it exceeded my expectations.- So versatile! Great for skin, scalp, and hair care. Apply a spritz over facial makeup to freshen up your day.- USDA Certified Organic. That’s important to me.- The product has a soft rose fragrance that does not interfere with any perfume/fragrances I am wearing.- So soothing and refreshing! Does not irritate my sensitive skin and scalp, and works great as a styling product on my very fine, pixie cut short hair.A terrific value, too. I highly recommend this product.

Soothing and refreshing
This is a refreshing rose mist that comes in a glass bottle, which I prefer to plastic. I like the natural rose smell and the spray nozzle delivers a strong but fine mist. I’ve been using it frequently and plan to purchase it again.

Good for your face!
This lovely rose water is so much better than an astringent or alcohol on your freshly cleaned face. I spray my hands and then splash my face every time I wash it. Besides feeling great, it smells great. My aesthetician uses it during my facials as well. She definitely recommends it.

Great but scent not always consistent
I love this spray and have it in subscribe and save. Unfortunately though quality control is an issue. Most batches have a beautiful rose scent but I’ve gotten a few that smell like they’ve gone bad.

Non sticky
This spray makes my face feel moist but not sticky. It smells fairly neutral, I don’t really get the rose scent from it. I use it before my serum or face cream, and it helps the cream spread more smoothly. I like that it’s in a glass bottle, unlike some other rose facial sprays that I’ve had. i also have the regular rose spray from this company, but I prefer this one.

My Favorite Rose Water
I have reordered these rose water sprays quite a few times- I use it for my face and hair and just when I want a little nice scent. It’s important for me that these come in glass containers- I think their refill came in a plastic bottle…so I have been reordering this 3 set version instead. The spray head actually lasts the whole time which is kind of important to me. They package these really well- and although that may not matter to some, it has a beautiful presentation and I have gifted one of the 3 in the past. It was so well received! There may be some slight slight lot variation in scent but that is completely within range for me as it always smells fresh and natural as it should. This is one of my few staples that I always have.
