Great zinc tables when they’re in stock. Large price increase lately on Amazon.
These work wonderfully and can be cut in half easily if the dosage is too high for you. But beware – sometimes Amazon substitutes the capsules (cannot be cut in half) for the tablets. They do tend to go out of stock often, so if you take them regularly, you might want to order an extra bottle. This is the biggest problem I’ve encountered with Rugby Zinc Tablets – they are often out of stock. And, they recently almost doubled in price!
