Best supplement so far
I’ve been taking this supplement for a week now, and have seen some encouraging results. The first thing I’ve noticed is a state of relaxation and a tad bit of lethargy; it’s important to not take more than one caplet per day, as too much can affect energy levels. I also noticed a slower heart rate, which is consistent with the research that I’ve done on the ingredients of this product. I’m still experimenting with the best time to take this formula, but I’ll probably start taking it in the evening hours due to its effect on sleep. So far I’ve seen my systolic drop around 10 points, while my diastolic has dropped around 8 points. It’s now common for me to get readings of 124/82 (or lower, depending on the time of day), as opposed to 134-144 over 88-96 before. Another thing I’m going to try is supplementing this product with another product that has garlic, B vitamins, and green tea in it to see if there’s a synergistic effect; I’m going to try this because the B vitamins and green tea will boost energy levels. I’ll update this review if I have anything more to share. So far, so good. Update: 7-19-20: My BP is down even further, averaging 120/80 with a HR consistently in the 70’s. I’ve taken the supplement with hibiscus, green tea, garlic, and B vitamins with my second meal of the day, and have more energy.

A supplement that actually works
So, I’m one of those people who constantly buys random supplements for all sorts of things. Nothing I’ve ever tried has ever had an effect on me, even multivitamins of various brands. This past year I’d been having heart palpitations, or my heart would just be racing for seemingly no reason. Also, for the last few years whenever I go to the doc my blood pressure has been borderline hypertensive and I began to worry they’d want to put me on meds. My resting heart rate has been arpund 105bpm for as long as I can remember. Well, I got this stuff. One morning my heart felt racey. Took one of these pills and noticed immediate relief. Been taking them every day since (a few weeks) and just had a visit to the doc. My BP was normal (125/80) AND my heartrate was only 76!! I was blown away. I’ve heard constantly having a high restong heartrate can be really taxing on the heart, and obviously high BP is also terrible, so I feel great knowing I’m doing something good for my heart. Highly recommend.

Lots of broken pills
A good quarter of the bottle had broken pills. Not returnable, of course. Nor can I exchange.Very disappointed because they otherwise work well.

A miracle. Period.
I’d been avoiding the fact that my bp was uncomfortably high for a couple years. I wrote it off as “white coat syndrome” or water weight, but was consistently logging mid-150s over high 80s, low 90s – at the GP, dentist, even at home with my own cuff. I took beet root supplements, drank dark cherry juice, took OTC diuretics. Nothing helped. I thought meds were inevitable. These were my last gasp before I fessed up to my practitioner, because I really did feel it was bordering on too high for too long and I just couldn’t move the needle on my own. One tablet later – ONE TABLET – and my bp was down to 116/67! That was two weeks ago, and it has stayed within one point of that ever since. I also added three dandelion root caps at night along with it to help keep off the water retention, in case that helps you, too. Literally changed nothing else – not diet, not exercise, no life events. PLEASE, if you’re hypertensive or pre-hypertensive, give it a try. This has a been a miracle for me and I pray it will be for you, too.
