Good and Simple
We’ve been using these for a while now – I think we’re on the 5th bottle and a bottle lasts my wife and I about 2 months. This one is hard to know if it’s working but I feel like since I’ve added this to my daily routine I’ve been feeling better. I add a dropper (bought some small droppers from Amazon too) to my coffee every morning to get my electrolytes for the day. If I’m out working in the heat I usually mix another dropper in a bottle of water in the evening. Low electrolytes can make you feel drained but it can also make you get cramps and possibly other medical issues.In a bottle of water, just a few drops will cause the water to taste salty like ocean water, if you don’t like that take get some sugar-free, dye-free flavor drops and add a few to the bottle (16.9oz) and the salt will enhance the favor of those and taste great (like salting a watermelon). The price might seem high but this bottle will replace several dozen bottles of sports drinks and you can control what you put them in so you won’t be drinking all the other garbage they put in those drinks (sweeteners, dyes, etc).

This is awesome it lasts forever is cheaper than the keto powders and only tastes like salt if mixed with enough liquid which btw isnt very much . The powders cost a lot and tasted horrendous so this is a welcome solution.I mix the recommenced 1 TSP with just a couple of inches in a 10 oz cup and it only has a slight salt taste and the more liquid you mix the less salt taste (i like salt).P.s. Be wary if first starting i took about 2 tsp’s the first time and was sent to the toilet within minutes with runs ,but that just shows you how potent this stuff is and not diluted like other brands. The 1 tsp might even take some people getting used to it because it does make bm’s eaiser to have (think coffe level response on bms) not runs or mush dont worry but i recommend testing your response while at home for the day and not going out.

Tastes normal, very easy to use, and portable!
I really love these, straight forward and so easy to use! As long as you don’t put too much into your drink it is tasteless, tastes just like water when added just to water. Helped me so much when transitioning to a Keto diet and now in my transition to Carnivore, no Keto Flu symptoms! I bought the large and small bottle combo so that I could refill and use the small bottle when traveling, which worked great no leaks!I wanted a second small bottle for my husband to keep at work as he’s transitioning to Keto and another large one since mine was starting to run low. However, the new ones aren’t working out as well, the product inside is great and the same from what I can tell, but the large bottle’s cap came broken and the little bottle’s cap doesn’t fit right, like the threads are off or different. The older one I have fits great! This new one is hard to screw on and feels like it would leak, I’m hoping I have the only one like this or that they fix this quickly, because it’s really a great product!I normally put 10 drops in my water bottle each morning and that’s generally enough unless I’m working outside in the sun that day. I refill my water bottle several times each day after that initial fill with the drops, but mostly only need the drops that one time. Hope you can fix your breakage and the small bottle cap’s fit soon!

Works but has a after taste
It does the job as far as preventing leg cramps but the taste is off putting, I have to use2x the recommended dosage and usually add 1 recommended dose into a bottle of Soda Stream water thinking that the carbonation makes it easier to ignore the taste. I can’t put my finger on it what to call it, maybe earthy or salty but it does have an aftertaste.

Easy and Tasteless (mostly)
Okay, ‘tasteless’ is maybe a bit exaggerated.I do two and a half mL into a 0.5 liter water bottle with a sugar free flavoring. I pick a more tart flavor as I feel it masks any saltiness. I usually also keep shaking the water bottle just to make sure there’s no settling.The serving size is 5 mL, so I’m able to get one to two servings a day depending on how much water I’ve consumed. I don’t add it to EVERY drink I have in a day as I typically keep it to one serving a day.I did taste it on its own and it is VERY salty. So I’d probably never drink it in flavorless water, but that’s just a personal preference.
